Jeremy Corbyn had a seat on a train journey he suggested was so “ram-packed” he had to sit on floor, according to CCTV footage seen by The Telegraph.
The Labour leader walked past rows of empty seats before sitting on the ground between carriages for a video in which he attacked the state of Britain’s railways, footage shows.
Minutes after filming the video, during when he called for renationalisation of the railways, he took up a seat for the remaining journey of his London to Newcastle trip.
The footage emerged after Mr Corbyn was praised for sticking to his principles after it was reported he rejected an offer of a first class ticket and instead sat on the floor.

I actually cannot believe that Labour have sunk this low.
When I saw the original story being paraded around by lefties as if Corbyn had just found a cure for cancer (by sitting in the floor) I thought that it must be some sort of set-up, but then thought nah no way, absolutely no one would lie about sitting on the floor. No one would stoop that low as a politician or as a human being.
And yet....

When he was a back bencher, he had the worst record for defying the party whip, so it is hard for him to expect the labour MP's, the majority of whom oppose him, to vote as instructed. The only way forward for Corbyn is to have the MP's that aren't loyal to be deselected and new ones put in place who are 'Corbynites', which may in fact happen if he wins a large majority in the leadership election, as is expected.

People will probably indeed say the footage was doctored or edited creatively because the train companies have a vendetta against him or something.

Say what you like about Farage, Trump, Putin, Thatcher, Blair, Bush, the Kim dynasty, Stalin, Hitler or Fred West, I bet not a single one of them ever lied about getting on a train and sitting on the floor.

d3 - except there is absolutely no chance whatsoever that this prat would ever get near government. There may be some divs who get the vote, but nowhere near enough of them to put him in no.10. Labour with him at the helm would get slaughtered in a G.E., no matter what Corbynistas believe.
The funny thing is that despite this blatant lie, his disciples will still vote to keep him as leader.
Labour MP's will have no choice but to split the party.
